When your employees use their own private vehicles for your business, these vehicles are referred to as a grey fleet.

Although at first glance this may sound like an easy option, running a grey fleet requires a fair amount of additional administration including checking compliance for vehicles and drivers. Failure to comply can result in fines, penalties and legal action.
